What we did

The client outsourced the warehouse operations to our specialist on-site team who developed a clear program to meet KPI’s that were aligned to our client’s targets. This included:

  • Introduction of improved warehouse processes across all functions
  • Redesign of warehouse layout for efficient delivery of goods to operations
  • Implemented a stock management program identifying min./max. level and critical items
  • Established local sourcing network to compliment a global OEM partnership program
  • Training programs implemented to upskill local personnel and build internal capability

The outcome
